The Director of Technology Integration & Marketing will help build a team and strategy that is focused on generating high impact contributions to a variety of Open Source Cloud ecosystems. You will need to be able to clearly and effectively engage with external partners, and be the conduit that aids in leading our product strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
MBA or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience as an Engineering/Program Manager
5+ years of experience as an Product Manager
Proven ability to hire, manage and scale a top notch team
Track record of leading GTM
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning
Intellectually rigorous and creative problem solving ability
Experience with agile methodologies
Additional Qualifications
Proven ability to drive impact and influence product roadmap
Proven ability to engineer for distributed systems
Proven ability to lead developers in an agile environment to deliver high quality output
High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
Must be willing to travel - domestic and international
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years leading/influencing HPC, cloud, virtualization, or big data workloads.
Strong knowledge of software ecosystems
Experience as a committer to an open source project, especially in a Cloud ecosystem.
Strong written communication skills, creating content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables
