Job Description:
What is the Director of Business Development responsible for?
Managing the corporate training onboarding process, including managing our saleforece system, partnering with instuctors to develop onboarding plans, and leading onboarding and closing
Managing the corporate training offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and managing all operations and logistics related to training outcome
Implementing a robust online student development program, including feedback cycles, employee engagement surveys, and ongoing training and development programs
Owning all people-related systems, including managing client relationships, delivering training, and ensuring employee compliance
Overseeing student recruiting operations, including tracking progress against our recruting plan, setting up recruiting pipelines, and reporting on the data captured in our applicant tracking system; candidates with recruiting and interviewing backgrounds are preferred
Iterating and optimizing on our processes to increase scalability and efficiency
