15 years of experience managing technical projects within the Infrastructure and Cloud domains.
10 years of customer-facing experience in the enterprise space, translating customer needs into solutions.
Experience in audit, compliance, risk, and security infrastructures and industry best practices.
Preferred qualifications:
7 years of experience leading and managing a team to thrive in ambiguity in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
5 years of experience in strategy and business development.
Knowledge of Security related matters as they relate to enterprise data center architectures.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Masters level or equivalent experience in Organization Development, Adult Learning or related discipline

• 5+ years experience as an internal or external learning consultant for leading global consumer brands
• Ability to communicate and influence at senior leadership levels
• Experience in a broader HR/Talent roles ideal but not essential

Function Specific Activities:<br />

Work directly with CCNA team on multiple transactional levels to ensure uninterrupted customer service (customer care, order management, procurement, quality control, inventory management, contract manufacturing, production planning, materials planning, warehousing, and logistics).<br />
Develop strong working relationships and working knowledge with key CCNA supply chain managers to facilitate fulfillment strategy and daily transactions.<br />
Provide oversight and leadership on higher level demand, supply and production planning activities.<br />
Oversee new product development for Hansen's brands. Support new sku migration into VEB Stages & Gates and TCCC systems.<br />
Attend and contribute at institutionalized demand, supply and production planning sessions.<br />
Collaborate with TCCC supply chain leaders on the integration strategy.<br />
Provide local leadership for the integration strategy.<br />
Support delivery of core supply chain metrics in cost and service (OOS, On Time Delivery, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Variance)<br />
Develop and report on the appropriate metrics for Supply Chain including updates on Hansen's service and TCCC integration progress.<br />
Identify, gain alignment and execute cost saving activities.<br />

Development of a Eucrisa HUB strategy<br />
Development and maintenance of patient access services, which may include: design, development, execution, and maintenance<br />
HUB/reimbursement services vendor engagement and management<br />
Leading RFP selection process (if applicable)<br />
Project management of service enhancements and initiatives<br />
Recommend budget requirements and manage dedicated brand dollars to access and service initiatives<br />
Identify, develop, and execute patient support services that help patients access and stay on appropriate therapy<br />
Integrate new approaches and technology to increase efficacy and patient engagement<br />
Monitor key operations metrics and conduct reviews with vendors. Provide leadership to improve operations and leverage organization synergies.<br />
Ensure compliance to the BRD and service quality of the HUB, including:<br />

Provide operational leadership of the Eucrisa HUB<br />
Maintaining the Business Rules Document (BRD) and implementing associated training<br />
Ensuring compliance to PFE policy<br />
HUB services quality assurance monitoring and remediation<br />
Partner with appropriate stakeholders to monitor HUB vendor key performance indicators, physician office satisfaction, and field force satisfaction<br />
Development/co-development of key tactical elements <br />

Understand the key drivers of product uptake in the various SOC’s and how targeted services can assist this uptake<br />

10+ years of managing software development and quality engineering teams (with 2+ years of managing mobile engineering teams)<br />
2+ years of managing larger teams of 20 or more engineers<br />
10+ years of work experience in software design and application development<br />
Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering<br />
Hands-on experience and expertise in object-oriented design methodology and application development using IOS, Android, Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Spring MVC, SQL,NOSQL DB, Web services<br />
