T-Mobile is seeking a Payment Services Director who will define, plan and execute payment vision and strategic direction for customer payments. Responsible for a growing team of payments experts and a backlog of high profile payments projects, this individual will ensure successfully delivery of critical payments initiatives and build out a strong organization.

10+ years of progressive responsibility in a payments related field
Proven track record of driving or partnering with IT on complex projects
In depth knowledge of payment products and services, including credit and debit cards, ACH and related rules and regulations
Extensive team management experience to include recruitment, development and resolution of any performance issues
Excellent negotiation skills able to influence and persuade in decision making processes both internally and externally at the highest level
Strong commercial acumen able to identify and work with key business partners to maximize business results
Excellent presentation skills able to give a polished presentation in a variety of formats, informal and formal
Excellent project management skills
Solution driven with the willingness and ability to implement innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures
Computer literate able to use Microsoft suite of packages
Four year degree or equivalent experience in finance, business management, IT or other relevant field
Professional experience working with payments and Treasury systems
Education

Master's degree preferred
