Director Franchise Revenue Growth Management The Coca-Cola Company Draper

Business leader accountable, in partnership with the Franchise Leader, for the development and delivery of Segmented Performance Enablement & Execution plan for a specific bottler or group of bottlers. Partners with Franchise Leadership and bottler RGM/Commercial team, delivering fact based, opportunity orientated insights and recommendations that balance long and short term goals and in doing so leads the development of Segmentation thought leadership across the system.
Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of bottler commercial practices, capabilities and team in order to create value and enhance performance.
Acts as bottler SME (‘Voice of the Field') for Segmentation and broader CL&RGM team
Serves as the lead in stewarding the Annual Revenue Sales plan with the Franchise Leader and bottler
Act as thought partner for bottler RGM/Commercial team and FL. Providing context to results (for example vs. national or best in class) identifying opportunities and risks and potential corrective actions to ensure annual plan is delivered
Identify and gain buy-in to segmentation opportunities as input into Franchise Leadership and bottler annual planning process
Leads the Franchise Leadership bottler revenue planning process in collaboration with the Franchise Leader to ensure RGM/Commercial principles are embedded into the plan
Evangelize applicable Segmentation best practice with bottler RGM/Commercial team and influence to drive adoption.
Create analytics/selling stories as required to build and deliver the annual plan
Local Market Opportunity Mapping embedded in annual plans
Application of the Segmented and localized OBPPC
Pricing Science & local price elasticity opportunities leverages
Trade Promotion Optimization and Retail Strategy
Support process to create System bottle/can forecast
Leverage Data Standards to drive alignment and actions
Sales Revenue Planning capabilities support with FL and bottler
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Ability to influence with facts and lead without formal reporting lines
Compelling communication to provoke thought and action
Education

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
Experience

At least 10 years of related experience
Technical Skills

Performance reporting tools, Nielsen, forecasting & planning tools, MS office expertise
