As a Store Manager, you are a source of inspiration for your teams, inspiring them to achieve significant results in the different areas of the store. You lead a sales force that identifies customers' needs and offers them solutions to reinforce their loyalty to Apple. Your technical support team helps to maintain customer confidence in Apple and its products. Your Business Team gives business customers the chance to experience a true Apple experience. Finally, the training team you coach teaches customers how to get the most out of Apple products. You lead these activities by selecting and developing a pool of skilled talent. You help build team spirit, but it's not is not everything. You arouse enthusiasm for our products, launches, programs, and initiatives. Ensure that you meet our strict communication and privacy standards. And by inspiring your people to create customer experiences that build loyalty to Apple, you get great results and enrich the lives of our customers.
Other requirements
• Clear leadership with experience in a direct sales environment to customers. • Intersectoral experience will be appreciated. An experience in retail is not essential. • You are eager to learn about Apple technologies and products. • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and the local language. Knowledge of several languages is a plus. • You are flexible in your schedule. Your working hours will be determined according to the needs of the activity.
