The Red Hat People team is looking for a Director for the Employment Brand and Talent programs to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will play a critical role in taking Red Hat’s talent attraction strategy to the next level as we continue to grow and scale for the future. You’ll be responsible for evangelizing the Employer Value Proposition and bringing innovative new attraction ideas to life at Red Hat by leading the team responsible for Employment Branding strategy. You’ll use social media, events, marketing, and communications as influenced by Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition strategies. We will need you to help us define and integrate key strategies while managing the ongoing success of the strategic relationships, initiatives, and programs through impact measures.
Primary job responsibilities
Develop and implement talent attraction strategies that enhance the organization's visibility in key recruiting markets
Help position Red Hat as an innovative employer of choice among target candidates
Lead and manage the workforce planning and talent supply and demand analysis
Create the future Employment Branding strategy that effectively articulates Red Hat’s associate value proposition in order to attract top talent
Use social media and other recruiting technologies and tools to support Talent Acquisition partners in connecting with a broad and diverse talent network
Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide strategy and support for talent attraction solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Intern and Campus Programs, Onboarding, etc.
Work with key stakeholders to assess future skill requirements and develop appropriate talent attraction strategies to aid the business in acquiring the requisite skills and capabilities
Develop and implement metrics to support effectiveness and value of programs
Required skills
8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, employment branding, or talent acquisition
5+ years of leadership or management experience
Demonstrated track record of success creating strategic talent programs that support aggressive business growth in a highly specialized and competitive market
Experience developing and managing an annual budget, metrics, and key performance goals
Bachelor's degree
Global experience is a major plus
