Salesforce.org is building a brand new social impact platform to engage an army of citizen philanthropists. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build from the ground up as we embark on building the next generation of technology for nonprofits and their corporate partners.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is very technical, highly product-oriented, and business driven to focus on corporate volunteering. You constantly think about how to engage users in meaningful experiences, customer success, product strategy, and how to grow our business at a rapid pace. As a member of the founding team for a new area of our business, you will be required to wear multiple hats to help us develop and take to market the best platform and applications for a very large market.

Responsibilities
Drive the vision, product strategy, and partner strategy to build a strong ecosystem for our products
Gather user requirements; create and refine requirements in the form of user stories
Work with developers to convert requirements into a technical design
Serve as the single point of contact and subject-matter expert for the product and business teams using the product
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft product roadmap and prioritize backlog
Motivate development team with clear, elevating goals for product development
Win the hearts and minds of every user with the most engaging, fast, and fun ways to engage in their passions
Drive product launches and continuous engagement with Analysts and Press to keep the drumbeat and awareness of our product vision and releases. We define and lead the market.
Work with VP of Product Management and with Product Marketing to own the messaging, pricing/packaging, demo, and all sales content such as competitive analysis/First Call Deck/etc for our products
Synthesize diverse sets of input and information to drive (and own) product decisions
Above all else, doing all the little things that drive the team to continuously iterate and improve the product
Qualifications
Customer driven and customer facing product management experience
Competitive, Driven, and want to build the best products in the industry. To be second is not good enough
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems/Business Analysis, Software Engineering or related field
Solid hands-on experience building user stories and working closely with development teams and user experience teams.
Ability to formulate and articulate strategy/vision and effectively drive consensus across the organization
Must work extremely well with Engineering, Product Marketing, Partner and User Experience teams
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Proven leadership, prioritization, and analytical skills
Minimum 3 years of previous volunteer management, corporate philanthropy and/or grants management systems implementation experience in a leadership role
