This position will lead/drive the development of line of business strategy development for Chase Auto Finance in support of key initiatives and business drivers. This role is responsible for strategic and operational planning and deriving plans from both qualitative and quantitative industry data and business data. The ED will need to foster a shared alignment with the key functional areas (Finance, Technology and Program Office) in support of the CAF revenue driving business units; Indirect, Direct, DCS and Manufacturer to design, support and help translate plans and strategies to create a portfolio of initiatives that drive tangible growth.
Required
Preferred / Complimentary
A minimum of 7 years of strategy and business development experience
Demonstrated experience in driving strategic plannig
Experience working across business units and leading through influence
MBA Required
