The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. He/she will have an outstanding track record and reputation for advising senior leaders on strategic initiatives within the IT industry. An ideal background will include:
Typically 10 or more years of Project Management experience
Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
Clear passion for driving organizational change through cross-team collaboration
Self-driven success in leading teams
Solid analytical skills and business acumen including developing knowledge of multiple divisions
Experience working in a complex environment interacting with multiple stakeholders in different business units
Strong communication/presentation skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
