As a Engineering Program Manager, you will help drive development of our growing portfolio of medical device technology. You will help guide our R&D programs, whether in alliance with our strategic partners or independently. You will work closely with internal science, engineering, clinical, quality, regulatory, and business development teams, as well as external vendors and partners, to support our efforts to develop and commercialize novel medical devices.

Manage all development aspects of project(s) within medical device regulated environment to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Connect project team and partner across product marketing/user experience, science and engineering, clinical/regulatory/quality, and supply chain/manufacturing to establish and deliver optimal development and commercialization plan.
Build a consensus among cross-functional teams; gain key stakeholders' support and organizational resources.
Create and manage project(s) time-lines, resources, and budget along with identifying project risks and associated mitigation.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of medical device development project management experience.
Experience with medical device design control, QSR 21 CFR Part 820 medical devices and regulatory strategies, FDA PMA, 510k, and CE Mark.
Experience integrating electronics, software, and firmware into implanted medical diagnostic and intervention devices.
Preferred qualifications:
BA/BS degree in an engineering field.
Demonstrated ability to work in a start-up or other fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
