The Google Technical Services Ads organization provides best-in-class service for all of Google’s Advertising clients. We are looking for a strong, analytical problem-solver and leader to join our team as we work on complex problems that are global in scope, and cross-functional between Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering. We are a hard-working and fun-loving team, and our team’s talents and interests are as diverse as the work we do.

Sales Operations is the global team that makes sure Google's complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. They develop global initiatives and set high-level goals to improve productivity.

Responsibilities
Identify and structure key strategic projects/initiatives to solve for complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged business issues for Google Technical Services Ads.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant data and conduct business analysis, with effective project communication and management.
Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
Facilitate conversations between Google Technical Services Ads leaders and external stakeholders on topics including developing business models, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of relevant work experience in management consulting or similar environment.

Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in Business Operations, managing a service, product or a team.
Direct management experience. Expertise in data analysis, experience with analysis packages such as R, SQL, SPSS, SAS
Knowledge of Search, Exchange, and Brand Ads space and support ecosystem. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives.
High proficiency with structuring strategic analysis and storylines using spreadsheets and presentations. Example applications include: Google Sheets, Google Slides etc.
Experienced team player who has shown impeccable business judgment while navigating multiple dimensions of business issues.
Enthusiastic problem solver who has a solid track record in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy, and works well in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
