This critical role will lead account management for key national retail accounts and own retailer relationships, including sales, sales forecasts, shipment plans, promotional activities and inventory levels.

· Responsible for both sell-in and sell-through of Amazon-branded devices and accessories to major national U.S. retailers
Work closely with merchant teams to drive sales and marketing activities, forecasting, and in-stocks
Oversee launch activities and new device/product sell-in
· Manage the cost inputs for assigned accounts including price lists, market development funding, and all-in discount
· Manage assigned accounts and coordinate across the extended team (e.g., supply chain, channel marketing managers, accounts receivable) working within their account
· Manage total inventory and in-stock levels at all of the account’s distribution centers and stores as well as in-store Amazon device experience at all of the accounts stores
· Negotiate trading terms (e.g., discount rate, advertising, placement, returns provisions, payment terms, freight terms) for assigned accounts
· Lead internal and external business reviews covering operational performance and strategic initiatives
· Ensure all store staff within account have required product and sales training on Amazon branded devices and accessories
· Business development / expand in-store assortment
· Manage product transitions and retailer communications
· Optimize allocation of marketing development funds
· Resolve any financial issues
· Gather product, packaging, and software requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales/account management, ecommerce, and retail with consumer electronics or high-tech products preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience in directly leading operational and project teams
