Director Programmatic Mobile Demand Partnerships Tremor Video San Francisco

The Director, Programmatic Mobile Demand Partnerships will be part of the Tremor Video SSP Demand team, working to develop and grow revenue from Mobile Demand Partners. You'll be responsible for managing ongoing business and trading relationships with new and existing mobile programmatic partners to ensure that the full revenue potential of each partnership is achieved.

Partnership responsibilities include revenue generation through opportunity prospecting, leading business discussions with key contacts, developing private marketplace deals, contract negotiation, and managing regular business reviews with partners. The role requires a highly-collaborative approach; you’ll be expected to comfortably present key deal issues and partner development strategy to the Tremor Video senior management team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop, manage and grow relationships with mobile DSPs and other mobile tag based buyers to support Tremor Video as the leading Video SSP
Educate buyers on the programmatic video ecosystem and ways to transact on the Tremor Video exchange through Open Auction and Private Marketplaces
Work closely with Tremor Video Programmatic Account Management & Publisher Sales & Account Management on supply strategies for demand partners
Work closely with Product on mobile buyer requirements
Track to quarterly and annual revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Tremor Video teams, including Sales (publisher and demand), Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, etc.
Contribute to overall company strategy, problem solving, and culture.
Represent Tremor Video at industry functions and forums.

Minimum of 8 years working in fast-paced ad tech environment, with RTB-based programmatic advertising platforms and strong relationships within mobile DSP’s and mobile networks
Proven track record establishing, developing, and executing key programmatic partnerships
Knowledge/experience in digital advertising, monetization, video and/or mobile video marketing
Solid understanding of the programmatic video ecosystem, RTB, Private Marketplace/ Deal IDs, Agency Trading Desks, video advertising platforms and online advertising models (CPM, CPC, CPA)
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding revenue goals, delivering integrated partner solutions, e.g. RTB-based platforms, partnerships, digital advertising products, and platforms to market
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, hard-working, able to drive multiple projects to completion
Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
Adaptable, team player who gets things done
Ability to balance competing objectives; the ability to define and deliver on expectations and balance customer needs with business priorities
Creative, open-minded, and persistent, with a tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
Build positive relationships and trust through on-time delivery of projects, high quality of work, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations
Ability to rapidly gain working knowledge of Tremor Video’s products and services; understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to Tremor Video
