Korea Operations is seeking an accomplished Director to oversee its daily process, and to superintend the Team?s learning curve. The Group is based in Seoul, Korea, and its exclusive platform calls for facilitation of nearly all Operational responsibilities leveraging a constrained infrastructure.
An ideal candidate is an independent, entrepreneurial individual with the ability to:
1) provide clear feedback of the group?s limitation and capacity to other departments;
2) collaborate with the Senior Managers to spearhead New Product discussions;
3) understand various operational workflows of multiple instruments, and their inter/external impact; and
4) continually seek opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions.
Other Qualification:
1) Local Language of Korea
2) Local market experience on OTC derivatives
Experience Level in Years: 10-15 Years
