We are looking for a program manager to join the Global Programs & Analytics team and help take our Online Sales organization to the next level. You will be responsible for centrally managing operational spend, driving improvements to ROI, creating business cases and and financial models to push strategic changes, experimenting with and launching new demand channels, and managing stakeholder communications. A Program Manager for Online Sales will be responsible for connecting our sales teams with the programmatic initiatives we run and will flex across needs from our sales operations and our programmatic teams. You will need to be flexible, nimble, and tenacious in managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities
Improve operational ROI through identification of new opportunities for impact and capacity planning
Conduct staffing and capacity analyses
Build business cases for experiments and product changes
Manage programs and experiments across multiple teams and regions
Collect customer and product insights to funnel to product teams to impact improvements to the product
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting
Analytical experience in financial modeling and capacity planning

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in consulting environment or ability to put structure to and solve complicated problems; capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans
Experience working with SQL or other programming languages
A track record of thought leadership that have had a tangible impact on sales and marketing operations
Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities and able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
Self starter: able to initiate and execute complex, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills
