As the Director of L&D Partnership & Delivery, you will provide L&D partnership to our global functions and to effectively enable & deliver learning solutions and experiences directly to teammates in Global Functions coordinated through WHQ Hub, NA and L&D teams globally. Your insights will shape L&D strategy and solutions, and drive awareness of and engagement with learning for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with L&D Practices, Programs, Partnership and Delivery and other T&OE and HR teammates to deliver our learning solutions and experiences by:
• Consulting with functional Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and other HR COEs to:
• Identify and prioritize learning needs for the functions
• Input into an annual integrated L&D strategy and plan for global functions, ensuring alignment with global L&D strategy and functional talent plans
• Activate global solutions and adapt these where needed to meet local needs, following globally consistent L&D practices
• Activate on demand experiences, programs and resources, recommend external options, or develop and specific L&D initiatives where appropriate
• Use insights to input to and shape global L&D strategy and roadmap
• Build awareness and education of our L&D strategy, portfolio and practices within Talent Management and HRBP partners to:
• Make informed plans aligned to the strategy, portfolio and practices
• Drive engagement with, awareness and usage of L&D solutions
• Partnering with L&D Partnership and Delivery to:
• Plan and execute effective launch and delivery of L&D programs and solutions with L&D Delivery, directly in WHQ and provide global visibility of launch and delivery plans for Global Functions teams that sit outside of WHQ
• Deliver L&D programs and solutions on behalf of the WHQ/NA Hub
• Bring best in class sustainable approaches to ensure high impact learning experiences - whether in person or virtual
• Gather data and feedback ; generating insights to improve the learner experience and share that feedback with the global L&D teams
• Partnering in our design work to:
• Create experiences, programs, tools, and resources that meet the needs of our consumers
• Apply design thinking principles to develop human-centered learning solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
• Masters level or equivalent experience in Organization Development, Adult Learning or related discipline
• Experience in pedagogy, practices & trends in learning delivery & partnership
• 5+ years experience as an internal or external learning consultant for leading global consumer brands
• Ability to communicate and influence at senior leadership levels
• Experience in a broader HR/Talent roles ideal but not essential
• Facilitation experience – both face to face and virtual to all levels within an organization
• Learning design and design thinking experience in creating L&D solutions for audiences of all levels
