The Android & Chrome Partnerships team is responsible for setting strategies for all Android and Chrome hardware businesses and setting partnership strategies for OEMs, Carriers and Retailers. The Go-To-Market Strategy and Programs team is a critical support team that is responsible for ensuring that the organization has the right strategies and execution plans in place to meet our business objectives. This role is both strategic and operational in nature, and we are looking for an experienced professional who is skilled and comfortable switching between the two.

The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, DoubleClick Platform Solutions and the Ad Exchange, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google’s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google’s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.
Responsibilities
Partner with Android & Chrome Partnerships teams globally to define go-to-market opportunities and priorities for key markets and partners globally.
Lead strategic and operational initiatives aimed at identifying and restructuring incentive programs with clear goals for increasing Android and Chrome business and market presence.
Research and analyze key business drivers, competitive environment, market opportunities and trends.
Program manage pilot programs to fine-tune program components and to ensure operational capabilities are in place and running smoothly.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
8 years of relevant experience.
Project management experience; experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in management, technical or engineering field.
5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, software, Internet and/or media industries.
Leadership skills (ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results, be a team player)
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
