Sales Operation Lead ETO Google Phoenix

The External Telesales Operations (ETO) team is currently looking for a Sales Operation Lead to support our outsourced Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) acquisitions business in Phoenix, AZ. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with the senior leadership team, and continuing our effective partnership with the country marketing heads. You will focus on the rhythm of the business, supporting the team in running a successful AdWords sales program and ensuring the sales executives have the Google product and internal tool knowledge to be successful. You will be required to work closely with the central management teams (Marketing and ETO) in Dublin and Mountain View.

Responsibilities
Set the long-term strategy, define business plans and drive SMB customer acquisitions through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations.
Oversee a team of sales executives and managers from the vendor partner, serving the as onsite Google leader for the operation.
Partner closely with Marketing in designing and launching campaigns for new advertisers.
Analyze and present weekly performance figures to the ETO management team, participate in weekly updates and monthly business reviews between Google and the outsourcing partner.
Work on initiatives and projects that improve ETO operations.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in sales or business development/relationship manager roles.
Experience with AdWords, campaign building and optimization, as well as relevant Google advertising solutions, tools and policies.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in setting the vision and defining a sales strategy.
People management experience.
Demonstrated product training, business partnering and leadership abilities.
Excellent business planning, problem solving, project management and communication skills.
Highly analytical and capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
