The Senior Development Manager is a leader of a CSG Engineering Team, whose primary responsibility is to lead a team of experienced development engineers. Minimum Qualifications
• 10 years of work experience in embedded software development with related architecture and engineering leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in managing teams.
• Prior experience in developing operating systems internals and infrastructure
• Good understanding of networking protocols and different L2 to L7 technologies
• Experience in all phases of SW development cycle with exposure to agile development methodologies
• Proficient in C/C++/Java, multithread programming
• BS/MS degree in CS/EE/CE or technical equivalent.
• Excellent written and communication Skills. Ability to express complex technological concepts with a non-confrontational debating style.
Desired Skills
• Good understanding of concepts in operating system, Inter process communication, high availability etc.
• Experience with Python, Perl or shell scripting.
• Experience in manageability frameworks such as Yang/SNMP/XML is a plus
• Experience in DHCP, SSH, VRRP, file system internals.
