US Enterprise Sales Trainer Apple New York

Apple is looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-driven individual to deliver training of a uniquely Apple customer experience to our US Enterprise Sales partners in the Carrier and/or Reseller space. This individual will be part of a feedback-driven organization known for the high caliber of their training delivery – consistently monitored to assess quality of training and gather feedback from the “front lines” to provide insights for themselves, their peers and back to the World Wide Training Organization. This individual will report into the Senior Manager Training Delivery, US Channel.

The successful candidate will have a passion for Apple’s products and culture, and be highly competent & experienced in the partner environments they will be training in. They will be expected to function as part of an already high performing, positive and motivated team. The Enterprise Sales Trainer is responsible for ensuring that targeted business facing members of our Carrier and/or Reseller partners can recommend the appropriate Apple products and solutions for each of their business partner’s needs. The Enterprise Sales Trainer will be required to use a variety of techniques to conduct training. They will strive to ensure the highest levels of customer experience, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis.

Key Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience in sales, technical pre-sales, consulting, or technical support for business end-user wireless devices, computing hardware or software to medium and large organizations.
Sales skills training experience a plus
Experience working directly with Sales and demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced in the business-to-business sales environment.
Solid understanding of training strategy and delivery, curriculum development and instructional design
Strong ability to paint a mobility vision in a variety of industries (eg. healthcare, manufacturing, retail etc. )
Outstanding presentation, written & verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and ability to shape training courses to meet complex audience needs and dynamics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels, both within Apple and externally
Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and work a flexible schedule – strong organizational and business planning skills
Thirst for constant business knowledge - self motivated learner with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an extended cross functional team
Foundational understanding of business IT infrastructure and technical skills to deliver outstanding training
Approximately 80% travel required
Fluent Latin American Spanish a plus
Description

•Energetic delivery of instructor-led sales training to Apple Carrier/Reseller Enterprise Partners to inspire learning and ensure sales goals are met consistently – showing extraordinary commitment to customer service •Partner with Apple’s Carrier and Reseller Sales Organizations and Partners to ensure training adoption that will contribute to consistent achievement of sales goals. Be fluent in sales goals and priorities of US Enterprise Sales Org •Use a variety of techniques, including classroom facilitation, webcasts/podcasts, presentations, hands-on labs, and self-directed learning materials to conduct training •Strong Apple Sales, Product and Solution knowledge to effectively deliver sales training at all levels in Business Environments (SMB and Enterprise) •Maintain extensive knowledge of course materials, Apple products, solutions, and markets to effectively deliver training in a professional manner. •Partner with Sales Training Managers to assess training needs and make recommendations on appropriate training solutions. •A training expert that understands learning and development life-cycles and can collaborate with US and World Wide Apple Sales Training Organization, Staffing Programs and Instructional Design teams to provide input on course content, and create or customize training materials, as needed •Ensure training location is equipped and set up with the necessary equipment to conduct classes, including iPhones/iPads, software, networking, peripherals, and audio/visuals aid •Perform other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
