This position will support the Life and Disability Pricing Lead for the Group Benefits business.
The incumbent will support the pricing team in analyzing and managing the business.

Responsibilities will include support for product development efforts, formulating new business and renewal strategies, metrics development and enhancements, experience analysis, expense studies, underwriter support and rate filings.
Collaborate with other areas of the company (eg. Sales, product, underwriters, finance, filing team, claims).
Opportunity to contribute to new growth initiatives, which leverage the strengths of AIG.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Finance, or other quantitative field;
Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries;
5+ years of Group Life and/or Group Disability pricing experience;
Rate filing experience;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Ability to be a team player and change adaptive;
Experience with Affinity and/or Individual products is a plus;
