Job Description:
The Finance Director, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, will manage a team of people and support the Travel Network senior leadership team. Specifically, this role is responsible for all financial activity impacting the Senior Vice Presidents of North and Latin America Sales, Global Accounts, Online Accounts, Marketing, Supplier Commerce, and Traveller Solutions. The role is responsible for partnering with the TN Leadership team to drive execution of the business plan, lead transformation, improve financial and operating performance, and proactively analyze business opportunities.
Empower Direct Reports in their partnerships with TN Leaders: (50%)
Collaborate with leadership to build and set out the strategic direction and commercial priorities of each business division
Serve as a key participant/principal thinker in charting and implementing each division’s strategic and financial plans
In concert with the SVPs, act as a catalyst for the initiatives, programs and activities necessary to achieve financial targets
Driving long term profitable growth by providing insightful analysis of market trends and competitor performance
Produce and oversee business case analysis for new markets, segments, products, markets, and other growth opportunites
Drive resource allocation and prudent expense management, heads and incentives in particular, across the region
Engage in TN level strategy discussions, ensure mapping of investment spend to strategic direction, relate investments to financial benefits
Develop a world class FP&A team: (30%)
Lead an organization of fourteen, with seven direct reports
Provide oversight, direction, coaching, management, and leadership for the team
Drive the adoption of Pan-Sabre FP&A tools, processes and ways of working
Mentors, motivates, and develops staff and serves as a resource to them in order to facilitate their professional development
Maintains peer relationships across finance and the business and share issues and ideas
Collaborate strongly with peers on TN Finance leadership team to ensure consistency of approach globally where applicable
Optimize Deal Review Process: (20%)
Implement tools to drive desired behavior from Sales organization in order to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate with CIO, Contracts, Billing, and Sales to make continual improvements to the Global Sales Tool (GST) in which agency deals are modeled
Ensure agency deals are modeled consistently around the world and across business segments
Communicate key deal terms to CEO, CFO to obtain approval as needed
Engage in major supplier deals, understand the impact of changes to the TN business, liason with accounting and revenue recognition as needed
Position Requirements
Supervisory/Lead Responsibilities:
Leadership of the FP&A team business partners consisting of two manager level direct reports, two principal level analyst direct reports, and three senior level analyst direct reports

Education/Experience
5+ years of FP&A Leadership at a global company
Technology or software sector experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
A CPA designation is not required, but will be considered a plus
