Director Publisher Platforms eXelate Nielsen New York City

Job Description:
eXelate, a Nielsen Company is recruiting for a Director, Publisher Platforms to be responsible for the expert onboarding, management and operation of the entirety of eXelate's US data provider accounts, both online and offline.

Responsibilties
Communicate and correspond with CEOs, SVPs, VPs and Directors across companies with specialties covering varied disciplines.
Actively grow an extensive and expanding list of accounts, including several key company accounts (Internet Brands, Vertical Scope, Mastercard, Neustar, V12, Forbes, Kayak, IXI, WhoToo, Datalogix, etc…). Of note: these accounts represent a major share of monthly data sales.


Review new contracts and make significant contributions to the renegotiation of existing contracts.
Grow and scale data contributions by working with the Tech/Analytics teams to steer the mapping process. As the manager of our US accounts, this unique position enables me to act as an expert advisor on directions for segmentation and data mapping/re-mapping/unmapping.
Analyze the relationship between data segmentation and revenue on a regular basis to make informed, expert suggestions to both internal teams and data providers.
Analyze provider data flow and encourage providers to leverage the data they have and maximize the revenue it earns.
Create strategies to achieve this result, and liaise between teams and contacts to execute these strategies.
Connect Tech team to provider teams to troubleshoot tech issues and manage the correspondence chains between both until issue resolution.
Conduct detailed demo and training sessions with providers and internal teams on platform layouts, tools, features, and new releases. Frequently act as point person for questions relating to eXelate reporting resources.
Sustain continued confidence and encouragement in working with eXelate through extensive, positive communication with and responsiveness to hundreds of contacts.
Bachelor’s Degree required
3-5 years of client management experience
Agency experience a plus
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Highly organized and ability to manage high volume of client inquiries
Excellent communication and presentation skills
