Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to partner with IT and finance leadership and implement and lead finance systems strategy within Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT). The Director of Finance IT Systems will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for PMT.

Position Responsibilities
• Develop systems strategy / roadmap and implement solutions to drive standardized / automated reporting, user direct access, and improved analytics


• Implement overall PMT management reporting / systems strategy by gathering user requirements, translating into systems requirements, designing reports, coordinating development activities with internal IT resources and consultants, testing and validation

• Facilitate better decision making for PMT leadership and finance teams through improved data availability and user-friendly (HUE) tools and reports

• Develop and execute master data clean-up and implement governance model

• Drive OneView implementation and adoption across PMT

• Partner closely with Corporate BAP to drive and influence corporate reporting standards

• Identify and implement automation and standardization opportunities within the PMT FP&A teams

• Develop training and provide mentoring across PMT finance for finance systems applications, dashboards, and best practices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance

• 10 years finance/accounting/finance systems experience

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred

• 10 years of progressive experience with finance systems in a manufacturing environment

• Strong preference for Finance experience including business analysis, commercial finance or manufacturing finance
