ADP is hiring a Director, Associate Experience: In this role the Director, Associate Experience will be responsible for creating and continuously improving a consistent and impactful employee experience for our associates, at all levels and in all locations across the globe, guided by our rich culture and values. We are looking for a thought leader who will partner with leaders across the organization to ensure that our people processes before, during and after an associates tenure at ADP are human-centered. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing data from multiple sources, to recognize what our associates are telling us and synthesize conclusions into recommendations. The candidate will also have experience with process re-engineering, human centered design, user experience and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
Development of a consistent Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and vision of the ADP employee experience
Coordinating with other HR leaders to ensure EVP is being applied consistently across all HR functions, programs and processes
Leads prioritized initiatives to enhance the associate experience (i.e. on-boarding and assimilation) using a design thinking approach and incorporating innovative thinking and external best practices
Partner with key business leaders to ensure a consistent experience is delivered to all associates, regardless of functional area
Act as an advocate for managers and associates in developing all HR strategies, process, programs and systems
Partner with HR technology team to develop and implement a strategy for personalized associate experience through content management mass-customized experiences and digital service delivery
Develop and apply a human-centered design framework to all work and ensure all associate operations initiatives reflect the needs, interests, and values of our workforce
Analyzing study results and utilizing those results to formulate multi-year strategic recommendations to ensure the quality of the associate experience
Prioritize work efforts that align with where the biggest opportunities for improvements are while building genuine buy-in from key stakeholders
Build capability across the HR team to develop and deliver high quality tools and tactics in a repeatable manner to scale human-centered design approaches without having to have key leaders directly involved
Identify and implement technology to enable communications that enhance the ADP associate experience
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without reasonable accommodation.
Education: Bachelor's degree required in psychology or communication field preferred. Masters preferred.
Experience
10+ years of human resources and/or communications experience
Ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience designing communication strategies
Ability to write simplified and effective associate communications
Selection and utilization of associate sensing techniques
Ability to influence senior management effectively
Coordination across multiple disciplines / functions
Systems thinking mindset
