Beats is looking for an individual with a relentless work ethic, a strategic mindset and tactful people skills to join the World Wide Channel Development team. 
The role of the team is to understand the unique strategy and position of each reseller and provide the “best” Beats insight and support to ensure that the
Beats By Dre brand is represented properly at retail, e-tail, and all sales channels.

The team will help guide the Worldwide Sales Team and provide rich content in the form of sell in presentations, bi-weekly communications, robust analytic reports, ongoing touch base calls and in country meetings. The team will also synchronize deeply with Beats marketing, product, and operation departments to ensure the Beats brand, product and campaigns are executed. Tasks will include analytic reports, project planning, documenting campaign and asset requirements, vendor management and scheduling. Projects will not only to be delivered in a timely manner, but everyone will be able to understand all aspects of each project to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

Key Qualifications

Self Starter with strong communication skills at the executive level.
Strong leadership skills, and grasp of virtual teaming techniques.
Minimum 3+ years proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects
A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly and in a manner that's consistent with existing procedures.
Strong math and analytics background.
Can establish productive and professional relationships with key internal and external personnel stakeholders.
Skilled in Keynote, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Project, Basecamp, CD Project, Clarizen or similar tools
Sales and Consumer Electronics and/or Carrier Experience preferred.
Experience with Tableau and foreign language skills are ideal.
PMP certification experience with Budget Management preferred
Ability to work well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines
Description

Contribute to the maintenance and communication of a comprehensive and systematic tool(s) to distribute Beats news globally. Maintain on going relationship with Apple Sales Communications, Channel Sales and Program teams to develop an effective integrated program. Analyze the strength and weaknesses of our current POS and be able to develop a strategy to address issues of coverage or quality (or both). Provide strategic input to the partner communications team quarterly activities and in-store programs. Maintain relationships with Regional sales leaders to develop cadence for in region and WW communications. Work with WWDC Sr. Dir. to maintain, adjust and update program and project plans as needed and manage all issues affecting the programs. Interact with various resources to coordinate projects, programs and campaigns from start to finish in an extremely fast-paced work environment. Analyze and report on key moments at retail before and after each promotion, event, merchandising launch and training to determine effectiveness. Consistently, research and monitor World Wide Headphone and Speaker Market, including competitors, market share, ASP, $, Units in NA, EMEA , APAC Manage projects from ideation to completion including cost, scope, schedule, and delivery. Develop and share tools to effectively communicate project timelines, deliverables and status. Attend and lead regular meetings with various internal and external teams

Education

BA or BS degree preferred
