Primary roles & scope for additional Platform FTE focused on Intrepid development & Integration
Team member of the Global PJM Platform with a focus area in Technology. The PJM Platform seeks leaders from the field to have a proven, high-level of execution expertise and prowess to contribute, innovate and drive change at the global level.

Relationships and Roles
The Technology leader on the platform is the primary liaison with CBRE IT in the development, maintaining or advancement of PJM Platform solutions and tools that benefit the project execution of our PJMs and the overall advancement (world class) of the PJM Service Line.
The Technology leader also has primary responsibility in the business unit's relationships with outside vendors/partners in the Technology space.
The Technology is the SPOC for field issues and opportunities, maintaining a highly responsive and productive relationship with key field constituents including Service Line leaders/PMO leaders, Divisional leaders and respective dedicated/variable executive leadership.
Technology Leader & Support
Demonstrates a high working knowledge of current platform tools (e.g. Expesite, Tririga, etc.)
Proven aptitude to quickly learn the functional elements relevant to Project Management in new and emerging technology solutions (e.g. mobile apps, new/emerging solutions)
Broad, working level knowledge from the PJM/PJC experience with technology to the strategic role of technology towards being world class and a competitive point of difference, as well as points in between.

Broad experience on multiple platforms
Contributor to technology knowledge/body of work (demonstrating penchant for technology)
Prior experience in integration / training / development of software tools preferred

Support PJM Technology & Intrepid leader (Tracy Randall)
Work with PJM team members to collect business requirements for the new apps to be developed and translate those requirements to IT
Participate in assess and design sessions with Kahua and IT
Support and assist in the design review process for each capability that will be delivered.
Work with Kahua and IT on the responses and communicate the direction back out to the SME team members
Participate in the Core Team Member Executive reviews for each capability
Assist in the development of a comprehensive training program utilizing different methods of media
Support and develop use cases for IT and PJM SME to test for User Acceptance Training
Support our existing tools to ensure PJM Governance and ensure that the strategy to maintain or migrate to Kahua is reviewed prior to IT implementations
Support decommissioning of existing tool sets with the IT team
Conduct Knowledge sessions with PJM Community and other service lines on the capabilities of the tool
Develop KPI reports on utilization of the tool
Assist in the development of the rollout plan for all variable and account teams globally
Developing a comprehensive schedule that the teams and IT can support
Collecting business requirements
Overseeing implementations with IT
Conducting Training for the teams

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch/Information Technology) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
