Provide functional leadership and support to Fleet teams across Region with the goal of Achieving Service Excellence by improving the Fleet Scorecard measures of Preventive Maintenance, Productivity, Process and Cost. Process owner for the Region on parts inventory, Fleet Focus, Asset stewardship, Annual Capital Budgeting, and meeting the requirements of employee Safety, Environmental, Control and Compliance.

Creates & implements process improvements across Regions inclusive of infrastructure setup to support vehicle maintenance and parts to support repair.
Ensures customer service focus of Fleet team based on broad customer/sales knowledge and experience.
Anticipates technical/mechanical problems encountered in Fleet operations and sources support resources to close gaps to standard.
Serves as a key resource to others in the use and interpretation of Fleet systems information, inclusive of problem solving analysis of Fleet Focus, iPortal, Business Objects and National Scorecard data.
Provides Fleet content expertise to Region teams on Fleet operations & asset capabilities in order to meet Region & organizational objectives.
Project management and coordination with cross functional integration to achieve initiative success.
OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years managerial experience in Fleet or Supply Chain operations utilizing analytical and organization skills. Mechanical aptitude helpful.
