Director OEM Relationship Management Sprint Overland Park

Manages a team to lead cross-functional teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use. Develops technical strategy and roadmap for future products. Designs, develops and manages activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the technology organization through requirement documents and detailed specifications.
Identifies and develops business relationships with ecosystem partners. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. Leads and manages resources for development, certification and quality assurance to successfully release new products on time and within budget. Manages the activities of managers or individual contributors with accountability for goals, objectives, and operational policies.

Works with Devices & Procurement team in managing end-to-end strategic relationships with key OEM’s from a product selection perspective.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
Ten years progressive management experience
Ten years defining & deploying products and solutions

Preferred Qualifications
Five years of experience defining product roadmap strategy for large telecom or technology companies.
Product and technology savvy.
Exposure to large OEM relationship building.
Strong Business acumen.
Five years of experience working with mobile devices services
industry.
