We are currently looking for Director of Field Operations supporting the Field Sales Team. In this role, you will report to the VP Channel Sales and regularly interfaces with other field sales and field operations delivery personnel. You will be responsible for providing operational support to ensure the quality delivery of all field sales capabilities. This position will align responsibility with you for operational strategy, process and systems planning, implementation of field sales enablement materials, and all field communications. In addition, you will coordinate and provide general operations support for consumer experiential events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: •Identify areas to streamline sales support processes and improving sales productivity •Maintains and enforces Standard Operating Procedures and document storage for Field Sales Managers, Brand Ambassadors and merchandising teams •Provides operational support for all iconic product launches and/or projects •Ensure implementation and delivery of all training and development materials, tools, sessions and programs •Success in the role also requires the ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple organizations. •Manages third-party operational processes and system interactions •Responsible for the development, and deployment of systems and tools, that support field sales team. •Oversees all field sales communications via multiple media or platforms •Budget management for operations programs co-owned with Head of Field Sales •Responsible for National Training Meeting and large scale internal, external and event coordination and budget management of those events •Manages all deployment and procurement of field assets (demo devices and standard field resources) Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred •15 years directly related experience is needed for performance in the role •7-10 years sales operations, sales management, or process innovation •Successful management of diverse teams •Demonstrated proficiency managing complex cross-functional initiatives •Understands details of processes, can self-determine priorities •Can think outside the box for solutions •Can work with executives, and at the same time downstream doers •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills •Thrives in ambiguous work environment Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills •Motivational and collaborative in spirit, tone, and actions •Ability and willingness to travel 25-35%

Necessary Skills: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels with the customer and within and outside the company. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects. Read and interpret detailed and complex customer requirements. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and SEA. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. Demonstrated excellence in time management skills and follow up to ensure meeting on time deliverables. The ability to accept tasks and problems/situations that differ and require creativity to search for solutions among learned consequences. Only broad and general guidelines exist for solving problems. The ability to utilize implied knowledge of task alternatives and to make spontaneous decisions using past experience and the guidance of successful experiences of others. Interact with all levels within the organization and has frequent external contacts. Physical/ Mental Demands: Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
