Senior Director Digital Content Strategy Multichannel AXA Jersey City

Job Description:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Multichannel and Digital Marketing, the Senior Director, Digital Content Strategy and Multichannel Experience is responsible for developing and maintaining the content marketing plan, roadmap, and KPIs for AXA’s digital ecosystem as well as helping to design and own the end-to-end experience for multichannel marketing programs.
Responsibilities also include serving as a key digital/multichannel experience expert, working closely with Segment leaders in other parts of the Marketing organization to ensure alignment across the Multichannel and Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications
Basic:

• Minimum of 10 years developing Marketing program strategy, leading and managing program or content execution

• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience leading digital programs



Preferred:

• The individual must be able to tie strategy to execution, and have proven ability to design and deliver initiatives that drive business value

• The individual must have extensive digital skills and experience, leading cross channel program efforts (Email, Online, Search, Mobile, etc.) within Financial Services

• This is a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. The individual must have a strong ability to execute and deliver results

• The individual should be a self-starter with strong-problem solving skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

• Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail

• High level of comfort/ease interacting with all levels of the organization

• The ideal individual will possess and BA/BS undergraduate degree and an MBA (or equivalent)
