Job Description:
The Director, Digital will spearhead the strategy & planning for all RLF digital initiatives and platforms. Candidate will define the digital media strategy and will determine content needs for all of RLF launches. Director will lead and manage the implementation of all on-going Social Media programs including the existing RLF Global Facebook Page and Pinterest page to grow customer audiences to maximize the extent to which digital can be leveraged to drive sales.
Job Requirements:

BS/BA degree required.
Minimum of 7 years experience in creative production (in E-commerce a plus)
Knowledge of online marketing programs, and web content management systems
Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability
Strong analytical mind with process orientation
Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Judgment and Decision Making:

High-level decision-making skills are required. It is important that the candidate be able to display confidence in discerning the correct opportunities for the RLF brand and executing those opportunities flawlessly based on solid judgment and maturity. The ability to work cross functionally as a key strategic partner is imperative.

Must create strong working relationships with all key stakeholders including:
RLF Global Marketing teams
RLF Global PR team
RLF Global International Business Development team & local digital contacts in key countries
RL digital teams at RL fashion house including: Social Media teams,
E-commerce teams, Digital media creative & planning teams
US marketing, digital and E-commerce teams

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Duties
Redefine the strategy and plan of the Ralph Lauren Fragrance Bar (owned site) with the objective of creating strong engagement, strong KPIs and ROI
Create relationships with RL.com teams at RL Corporation to ensure RL Fragrances are well represented and supported throughout the year
Manage the digital relationship with RL Corporation including the recommendation, validation and implementation of all digital initiatives
Develop & initiate programs to support e-retailer sales in key countries
Master the digital needs of RLF key zones/countries to ensure that Global program recommendations are in line with local needs & initiatives

Social Media Duties

Create annual global social media strategies, plans, programs and budgets based on brand image, sales objectives and strategic goals. Align with global market teams to coordinate local market activations
Manage strategy and content creation for Ralph Lauren Fragrances-owned properties (Facebook and Pinterest) and submit content suggestions for Ralph Lauren Corp-owned social channels (YouTube, Twitter and Instagram)
Provide expert knowledge in social media strategy, content creation, execution and performance metrics
Oversee the creation and execution of content on the Ralph Lauren Fragrance Bar
Work closely with the Ralph Lauren Corp social team to ensure that digital content continues to be on-brand and best-in-class
Manage RLF social photographer from concept to delivery of assets
Collaborate with RLF PR and Marketing teams to develop the social media strategy for new product launches and key moments in time
Manage timelines and calendars for the Ralph Lauren Fragrance Bar site, including monthly editorials and new product pages
Serve as point of contact for digital agency and Ralph Lauren Corp for digital programming and approvals
Partner with PR to communicate consistent messaging on social channels
Manage the final execution of RLF social content. Post all content to Facebook, including geo-target posts in approved languages
