Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Visa.com Strategy & Operations, the Director, Visa.com Site Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of Visa.com, ensuring effective delivery of web marketing content and experiences to drive key business results. The individual will be the primary point of contact for all Visa.com requests, providing a consultative approach to internal business partners to identify optimal solutions, and will also coordinate resources (both internal and external) to deliver solutions quickly, efficiently and effectively.
The position requires strong decision-making, relationship management and influence skills, and a proven ability to think strategically while also possessing a strong attention to detail. In addition, the individual will require strong communication skills (both oral and written), as they will be required to communicate frequently with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team comprised of content strategists, creative/user experience designers and information technology resources – all of whom will have dotted-line reporting responsibility to the individual.

Major Job Duties + Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight of all Visa.com site operations, including coordination, development and delivery of new website content – collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to determine optimal content solutions, and coordinate/manage content development, production and publishing to Visa.com
Responsible for assessing all new project requests, providing recommended solutions, and coordinating across internal Visa.com team, Technology partners, and creative resources
Serve as digital product manager for most visible and strategically important Visa.com experiences, and responsible for developing vision to innovate/evolve these experiences, including scaling for global rollout (where applicable)
Coordinates all internal planning and alignment sessions, providing direction to cross-functional team supporting Visa.com operations (internal business partners, CR/UX resources, information technology partners, content management support)
Directs digital creative and user experience resources (both internal and external) to achieve outstanding thought leadership, creative work, and measurable results. Works collaboratively to build business partnerships that ensure consistent high value for Visa.
Continuously reviews website analytics to identify, recommend and execute on site enhancements and optimizations
Manages internal and external resources (CR/UX, content management/publishing support), adjusting resource allocation when necessary, with specific focus on increasing overall efficiency of website operations (i.e., increasing speed to market while ensuring optimal quality)
Coordinates team budgets and responsible for external vendor management
Ensures that Visa is producing world-class digital content, while integrating all relevant brand attributes into our strategic plan in ways that are meaningful to users and support the brand objectives

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading large-scale web marketing operations, with either client-side or agency experience, and deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Exceptional project management skills, with keen attention to detail and proven ability of successfully managing multiple complex digital marketing projects on time and within budget
In-depth knowledge of web content management systems; Adobe Enterprise Manager experience preferred
Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills – takes initiative, overcomes adversity and creatively solves problems or roadblocks
Poised and effective communications skills (both oral and written), with ability to adjust communication style and message based on audience
Demonstrates exceptional teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills; leads by both influence and example.
Bachelor's degree is required
