The IS RSC Analytics Solution Architect, BIA System Architect (BISA) will be responsible for leading key strategic initiatives in the areas of data analytics and business intelligence as well as supporting operations and projects within the BIA COE in the RSC, supporting Pharmaceutical Commercial operations.
As a solution and technical architect, he/she will define and execute on the commercial function analytics projects by optimizing the use of data warehousing, data management, advanced analytics, business intelligence and Big Data. The Solution Architect will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the RSC to design, integrate and deliver data related solutions around the business domain: Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, SFA data, Sunshine Act, Sales Alignment mapping it to key technical areas: master data management (MDM), information management, advanced reporting and predictive analytics.
In addition, the BISA's responsibility is to provide technical guidance and direction to BIA teams members that deliver analytics capabilities. The BISA will work in collaboration with other COE teams - SAP, eCommerce, Mobile & Web, the Integration & Platform Architecture and Commercial functions to support end-to-end data flow and reporting solutions to our key stakeholders. This role focuses on analyzing changing business strategies and requirements, understanding industry trends, and identifying opportunities to apply innovative approaches and solutions for analytics initiatives. He/she provides guidance in establishing perspectives on new technologies and working with reference architectures which contain application standards and technology roadmaps that align business applications to a common set of Information and Data Management solutions capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 20 years of Information Technology (IT) and Data Management experience in data architecture, application design and development, business systems analysis, architecture design with specific emphasis on master data management solutions and applications architect
