FINANCIAL SKILLS
Contribute positively to assigned consulting practice
Practice work habits and communication skills that ensure assignments are profitable
Participate in AE billing decisions and bill preparation assuring high collection rates and retention of clients
Delegate work to and mentor junior staff
CONSULTING SKILLS
Provide subject matter expertise in the area of pharmacy.
Display strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to articulate complex concepts
Actively participate in client meetings to gather information, establish needs, clarify expectations, develop strategy and obtain feedback
Ensure quality services are provided to clients (e.g. compliance with the peer review policy established for the practice)
Assist in the development and refinement of new and existing pharmacy projects
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
Readily identify client needs and opportunities to introduce or cross-sell Buck/Xerox products and services anticipate in proposal drafting and new business presentations.
Develop professional and personal relationships with client and prospect contacts.
Promote visibility of Buck/Xerox and develop contacts through speaking engagements, publications and other participation in industry and professional associations.
Demonstrate knowledge of the market and competitors, and what sets Buck/Xerox apart
Position Qualifications
Bachelors or Pharmacy Degree
Experience in pharmacy or health benefit consulting
Direct client consulting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent Microsoft Office skills -- Excel, Power Point, Access and Word
Ability to travel
