As Senior Director of Marketing you will be responsible for Domestic Marketing for several brands, including American Crew and Creative Nail Design (CND). You will also have primary responsibility for increasing market share, overseeing development of brand communications, new product launches and establishing & maintaining Global Marketing partners, community members and industry influencers. The Senior Director of Marketing will bear full budget responsibility, oversee brand promotional calendar and KPI reviews and provide market insight and product lifecycle information.

Expert level knowledge of marketing principles, practices and procedures
Advanced knowledge of salon distribution, competing channels of distribution and competitors
Mastery level knowledge in market research and segmentation
Excellent presentation and selling skills using and preparing slides via PowerPoint
Solid understanding of the selling process and sensitivity to the challenges of salon distribution and small business owners
8+ years of marketing experience
Experience with hair and nail products is HIGHLY preferred
4 year degree required; MBA preferred
Ability to travel 20-25%
