As Staffing Manager of Product Management, you will shape the strategy behind our efforts to build the world’s brightest and most diversely talented Product development teams. The needs of our engineering clients are varied, complex, and global in scope. Responsibilities
Create, steer, and evolve a talent acquisition strategy that anticipates the needs of our business on a global level and grows in scale and efficiency under your direction.
Improve the hiring systems that process candidates while ensuring a marvelous experience for each one by thinking abstractly and approaching your work in creative ways. Make decisions, build strategies, and manage teams using the powerful analytical tools available to you, and use them to improve our operations in ways we haven’t thought of yet.
Build unique teams of Analysts, Researchers, and Talent Specialists that reflect Google’s passion for technology and inimitable workplace culture. Encourage your teams to do their jobs in thoughtful, unconventional ways, so that the candidates they work with will sense that your teams are different the moment they speak with them.
Participate in open, intelligent, and thoughtful dialogue with the Global Head of Staffing and clients. Work to develop an understanding of their technical challenges and use this to inform the way you manage and communicate with your teams.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of leadership experience in senior talent acquisition positions.
Experience managing teams, building and delivering applicant pipelines, and planning strategy in complex business and technological environments.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in consulting, managing significantly large teams, and delivering for clients with complex needs.
A deep passion for technology.
Ability to inspire teams and affect greatness in others.
Established and credible record in the industry.
Creative, naturally analytical thinker who challenges assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions.
Compelling and energetic presence as a speaker, leader, and manager of people.
