In this role, you would be responsible for:
• Recruiting, hiring, and retaining strong talent to build out your team
• Managing a high performing team and driving deployment of high quality and top category ISV’s
• Securing targeted app wins with key ISVs in your specified categories
• Ongoing evangelism of the full Microsoft Azure Platform
• Creating Azure opportunity development plans compatible with overall Microsoft account management strategies
• Accurately representing your business at executive business reviews
• Delivering ongoing market and competitive insights to the business group
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise business development, software consulting or development
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
• Strong knowledge of Software as a Service business model and implementation strategies
• Exceptional leadership skills and community building
• Proven record of growing new businesses and building technical relationships with senior executives
• Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication
• Exceptional decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow through
• BS/BA degree, MBA preferred
