Sales Director Branch Beijing City

The Regional Sales Director position is based out of Beijing as you lead Branch's expansion efforts in China. You will be responsible for growing awareness, adoption, and revenue among companies in the region as you exercise your expertise in prospecting, managing, and closing deals. In addition, you will be responsible for executing the regional operations plan as you recruit and train additional team members. You’ll oversee the sales pipeline and cadence, mentor team members on tactics and deal progression, and use your network to expand and open up new opportunities for the team.
You will succeed in this role if you are an energetic and driven leader who understands how to recruit and tune a world-class sales team, can meet or exceed sales quarterly sales targets, and can manage our local marketing and operational efforts to achieve awareness as the recognized market leader. You will be a key leader on Branch’s rapidly growing International team, and will play a significant role in shaping Branch’s future.

What You’ll Do:
Establish, measure, and achieve regional sales and adoption targets.
Recruit and lead a high-performance sales team.
Oversee pipeline metrics and deal progression.
Build partnerships to accelerate Marketing and Sales efforts.
Manage local operations including the physical office and policies.
Identify tactics to build local groundswell and brand awareness to support the sales cycle.
Implement localized Marketing tactics to support the pipeline and increase brand awareness.
Make every potential Branch user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size.
Build and enhance relationships with our largest partners.
Represent Branch at relevant regional conferences and events.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
6-10 years of experience in a Sales leadership role at a mobile technology company, with a track record of top performance.
Previous experience recruiting and scaling a team at a growth company.
Ability to understand the Branch SDK in-depth and communicate its benefits to both technical and non-technical customers.
Strong interest in mobile technology and mobile SDKs.
Willingness to travel frequently and re-locate if needed
Full written and speaking fluency in English, strong preference for additional fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese or regional languages.
A strong work ethic and internal drive to produce results.
Data-driven, and experience managing a pipeline using Salesforce or similar SFA tool.
Humility, and a partner-first mentality.
Nice to Haves:
Prior experience selling into the mobile ecosystem.
A thorough understanding of mobile advertising, measurement, and attribution.
MBA or equivalent experience with finance and operations.
