Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a lieutenant for the VP, Program Operations to build and lead mission-critical, global initiatives and programs for a large enterprise SaaS customer
Lead and manage program oversight, IT governance and risk management
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer
Provide thought leadership and operational best practices for ITIL based SaaS service model
Manage global and cross-organizational resources to successfully deliver SaaS solutions on-time, within scope & budget
Oversee and manage SaaS program / project planning from product development through implementation, production readiness and go-live
Manage recurring / non-recurring cost models and revenue streams for multi-year / multi-phase large-scale enterprise SaaS implementation projects
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactive problem management and focus on customer success
Leverage operational service data to support analytics used for decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration
10+ years experience in a project or program management capacity in software or high-tech industry
Thorough understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle and SaaS delivery model
Strong understanding of ITIL service management model
Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex IT environments
Demonstrated proficiency managing P&L, IT governance and risk
Demonstrated experience working with and influencing people at all levels within an organization
Strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of accountability, ownership of results and customer focus
Travel 25%
