Work with creative team to produce top tier, strategically focused concepts and campaigns—it’s all about meeting the challenge and then bringing something extra to the table.

Be responsible for creative strategy, general direction of the brand voice and overall copy—showing up in terms of high level thinking as well as language choices is a must.
Direct brainstorming sessions and provide strategic insight and creative inspiration—be a leader whose passion for breakthrough work is contagious
Assist the Executive Creative Director in managing and inspiring the creative team as well as being accountable for the creative deliverables—we want you to be the ultimate player-coach.
Guide all phases of creative work from ideation to final builds to maintain Kettle's standard of award winning work—then help us take it to the next level.
Foster and develop existing and new client relationships—grow our ever-expanding roster of projects for the brand.
Stay on top of best-of-breed technologies—you’re responsible for taking the pulse of the industry and making sure our creative choices are up to date and on point

The Right Candidate Should Also Have
A portfolio that shows a depth of digital experience including platform development and compelling examples of innovative storytelling.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can articulate and defend decisions both internally and to clients.
9+ years of online advertising experience.
A track record of being an organized, detail oriented, problem solver.
A positive spirit and team player attitude.

Candidate must be able to work onsite in our office, and be a US citizen or have a work permit.
Candidate must also understand that this is not a 9-5 job: we take a lot of pride in our work, which sometimes means putting in a few extra hours to get the job done.
