Solutions Architect - Jibe - New York


Job description
The Solutions Architect will utilize Jibe's recruiting technology to build customized enterprise solution for Jibe customers. Partnering with Jibe's key clients, sales leaders and technical teams, the Solutions Architect will communicate strategy and drive execution between Jive and the client.
In this role you will be expected to own the technical engagement and success around specific projects; define architectures and develop a deep expertise in Jibe’s products to be a subject matter expert on how they relate to customer requirements.
You will be technically capable and credible to help customers embrace and adopt new technology. You enjoy learning and introducing new technologies, a thought leader who is capable of looking beyond the technology and understands the value that technology solutions create for our customers, and capable of influencing technology decisions.
You will also need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with other teams within Jibe such as services teams, marketing, professional services, as well as representing Jibe to client base executive management.

Responsibilities:
Working with key clients and potential clients to architect solutions using insights into their current and future needs based on Jibe's product suite and capabilities;
Work in collaboration with the sales team to create and execute business plans to accelerate the adoption of Recruiting Intelligence suite, exceed revenue goals, and drive customer satisfaction;
Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst Jibe's solutions architect community;
Develop and maintain executive level relationships and assist in the closing of sales opportunities;
Guide and motivate the development of white papers, data sheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices;
Work with the engineering team to be in sync with the products as well as bring insights into needs of current and potential clients;
Identifying customer requirement trends and provide feedback into appropriate Jibe services teams;
Coordinating teams encompassing key stakeholders in closing sales opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of large-scale, enterprise application;
3+ years leading enterprise-level technical professionals in the technology sales environment;
Experience developing enterprise application architectures to meet business requirements in complex environments, which includes knowledge and experience with:
- Cloud solutions and virtual platforms
- Large-scale systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
- Sizing and scoping of core application platforms
- Disaster recovery and high availability architectures
- Compliance models such as HIPAA, PCI, Safe Harbor, and others
- Security best practices
- Hardware, operating systems, and networking connectivity
History of successful technical sales consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises;
Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on SaaS
Understanding enterprise application integrations, enterprise data flows (ETL, data transformations, etc.), web services (REST, SOAP, etc.), and other relevant technologies;
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with audiences of all sizes and levels;
Strong written communication skills including experience writing technical solution proposals;
High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations;
Computer Science or Technical degree required;
Masters degree preferred;
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
