LiveRail is seeking a talented, self-motivated Solutions Architect to join the Client Services team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for taking our product innovations and turning them into solutions for our strategic partners. In this dynamic role, you will work directly with the Sales, Client Services, Engineering, and Product teams to pitch LiveRail products to new customers and architect solutions that solve their technical challenges and enable them to meet their business goals. You will also manage partner relationships with re-sellers and 3rd party providers. Lastly, will help define customer needs and work with all teams to improve the overall LiveRail product experience.


Responsibilities
Deeply understand the LiveRail Platform and underlying implementation
Engage with potential publishers to understand their business objectives anddemonstrate the value proposition of LiveRail + Facebook
Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations and product demonstrations toexisting and potential customers
Propose and manage technical implementation of the LiveRail platform and customsolutions
Assist in the development of RFP responses and drive to close sales opportunities
Help our publishers implement existing or pre-release aspects of Facebook Platformwithin their products by teaching, consulting, and providing code examples
Troubleshoot partner technical issues in real-time
Drive partner bugs, requirements and feature requests with Product and Engineering
Manage the relationship with the publishers' technical team
Conduct impact analysis and support the launch of new LiveRail Products
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of newconcepts
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate a consultative and analytical approach with focus on building partnerships

Requirements

Previous experience (4+ years) as a software engineer, technical consultant orpartner/sales engineer
Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to a technical andbusiness audiences
Deep understanding of mobile and web technology stacks (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML,JavaScript, JPON, XML, Restful API)
Experience with iOS and/or Android apps is a plus
Experience with mobile, display, and video ad serving is a plus
Experience with ad networks and/or monetization SDKs is a plus
Experience in the online advertising industry is preferred
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience
Willingness and ability to travel ~20% of time
