Job description
Advocates for a workforce that practices inclusion and respects the strengths and differences of all people. Develops and facilitates programs and initiatives that work to integrate these characteristics into the corporate culture and assists staff in navigating barriers and obstacles that are inhibitive. Develops training programs and assists in the implementation of training and education required to create and sustain this culture. Monitors and assists in the recruitment of diverse candidates at all levels of the organization, with an eye to jumpstarting promising careers. Develops, fosters and maintains strong internal and external relationships for the purpose of integrating diversity/inclusion initiatives and advancing diversity-building partnerships in the community. Acts as a liaison between community organizations and internal corporate departments.

Acts as a liaison between community organizations and internal corporate departments including but not limited to Community Relations, Consumer Services, Talent Acquisition, and Teammate Relations.

Represents the company at community events as needed.

Stays abreast of changes in regulatory practices that may affect the organizations diversity programs.
Ensures best practices in the area of diversity and inclusion and presents opportunities to the organization as needed.

Presents results to the organization of demographic profiles and progress made toward improving representation of under-represented groups.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Satisfactory performance reviews.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing.
Bachelor's Degree.
7 years of Human Resource or related experience.
