Businesses everywhere are putting Apple products to work. As a member of our business team, you’ll help companies find the right solutions to achieve their goals — powerfully and intuitively.

Companies love Apple products for their power, reliability, and ease of use. Business Managers help small- and medium-market business customers find the best technology solutions for their particular needs. As a Business Manager, you’ll meet with business customers who visit our stores and you’ll begin to develop long-term relationships with them. You’ll also develop sales opportunities, close deals, and lead business events at Apple Retail Stores.

Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Strong clientele and interpersonal experience.
Thorough knowledge of Apple products and third-party solutions and their application in a business context.
Proven ability to qualify and drive new and existing business through effective account management.
Understanding of the complex sales cycle including both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Customer facing sales experience of 3+ years in a business solutions environment.
Demonstrated leadership ability with 5+ years experience in a business setting.
Excellent communication skills with customers, team members and corporate partners.
College degree or equivalent experience.
