Director Strategic Accounts Sabre Corporation Chicago

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead our efforts where it matters most - with our strategic clients (for example JetBlue, Alaska Airlines, and Southwest Airlines). The Directors primary role is to build strategic relationships, identify and progress high value opportunities, and to establish long term strategy with the client. The Director leads Sabre in all aspects of the client engagement with a particular focus on C-Level relationships. The successful Director will have the following qualities:

The successful Director of Strategic Accounts will demonstrate the following skills:

Experience in building and maintaining C-Level relationships
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Experience in selling technology solutions - both software and consulting. A thorough knowledge of the sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to winning and on going support.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.
Proficient skills with todays productivity software (MS Office, CRM, and Pipeline Management tools).
Airline industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We are seeking those who have successful enterprise sales and Account Management experience and who believe they can apply those skills to any industry.


Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree is required.



EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years experience in technology sales and account management
Airline industry experience a plus, but not a required
Must possess advanced computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects/activities simultaneously essential.
