If you are a structured driver with a passion for quality and customer focus to solve complex problems, this job is for you! You will drive release management and define process across the CRM product lines. This includes cross-group collaboration to define repeatable process for increasing efficiencies and agility throughout the software application lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include: Create and standardize process from planning to ship. This includes tracking risks/issues and dependencies across the portfolio. Define and implement repeatable release process and standards Drive quality with Engineering through data drive metrics / KPIs Conduct complex analysis on support incidents and CRM data solution to drive optimal process and quality improvements Identify trends and areas of opportunity to provide perspective and propose business solutions Collect scenarios & feedback from customers, ISV, partners, etc. to inform future planning and analysis, and present statistical methods to provide actionable insights Create business scenarios, user personas and translate then into actionable specification and execute
Qualification:
• 5 + years of experience in Project Management
• Excellent verbal and written communications Analytically & strategically focused able to drive exploration & draw conclusions from multiple data sources
• Ability to think and act with a focus on the holistic needs of the company & influence others to do the same Passion for great consumer experiences, business strategy, and data-driven business insights
• Expert collaborator who excels in driving complex, broad cross-functional engagement
• Adept in ambiguous environments, able to ‘build from scratch’
• Effective presentation skills and experience with audiences of all levels
• Self-discipline and a drive for results Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous
Preferred:
• 2+ years in Dynamics CRM implementation
• Experience in MS Product Stack (Azure, O365, Sharepoint, etc.)
