As a Global Security Systems Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for the physical security design, approach, and execution for all security systems projects globally. You’ll be focused on working a Uber speed with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure that dependable, tailored solutions are in place to support the fast paced needs of our business.
Implement the strategy and approach for tackling security risks with technology in all locations around the world
Lead new technology deployments, retrofits and new design implementation
Work closely with stakeholders and the GSOC team to ensure their requirements are met with security design standards
Lead a team of security project managers representing Physical Security on 100s of projects around the world
Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce cost with security technology
Own, assess, and improve the security technology standards
Establish key metrics and reporting on security system performance and effectiveness
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
7+ years of experience managing security systems design, installations and commissioning on a global scale
Vast knowledge and hands on experience of different security technologies and systems
Ability to communicate on both technical and operational levels and bridge the gap between Physical Security team requests and technical implementation
Ability to manage challenges and priorities in a constantly changing fast paced environment
Enthusiasm for solving problems and implementing creative solutions
Strong communications skills, total team player
Being capable of fostering a culture of Trust, Honesty and Integrity
Travel required as needed to get things done
