In this role within the product and solution management team, the focus will be on bringing People Connect 365 to market with strategic and tactical go to market planning. SAP People Connect 365 helps businesses and organizations better manage planned and unplanned disruptions through intelligent interconnect services via a brand new Cloud offering. This is an outbound role, finding RFP’s and matching them against internal capabilities to generate new opportunities for our business unit. In addition, generating leads with our sales team to drive customer adoption will be an important skillset within this space. A background in the space of business continuity, emergency notification, resilience planning is an important asset. Taking the feedback from customers and building new use cases and roadmap items along with positioning new products and solutions within existing customers is also part of the scope.
Within our product management group to enable best in class customer adoption our Go-to-Market and Sales business processes you will:
Generate leads and work with sales teams on pricing, positioning, and overall strategy
Go-To-Market strategy enablement, developing strategic sales plays in the risk notification, emergency alert, and business continuity space
Assume a creative role in creating customer-facing content that can help customers improve time to value
Be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Develop skill and competency on latest solutions and technologies relevant for internal sales processes
Be involved in product management lifecycle of bringing customer asks/use cases to the next generation product and solution capabilities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Experience in Business Continuity, Resiliency Planning, Emergency Notification Space in a customer-facing role
Driven to support customer adoption
Graduate in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent (helpful, but not required)
Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed
Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team
Excellent English skills
Customer-focused, business acumen and good communication and interpersonal skills
Project management skills as it applies to Cloud
WORK EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years; experience with business continuity, resiliency planning, emergency notification on the product or business development side
Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment
